Linnflux, Inc. (“Linnflux,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit linnflux.com or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us and a person will answer.

- Contact information you provide — name, email address, phone number, company name, and message contents when you submit a form, email us, or call us. Our contact forms are processed by Tally, our form provider, and delivered to our team by email.
- Client account information — if you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver the service you purchased: billing details, website content you supply, and the credentials or access you authorize us to use on your behalf.
- Usage data — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or track you across sites. It shows us aggregate information such as which pages are visited, browser type, country, and referring site. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers.
- Server logs — our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the site.
How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you’ve requested
- To manage client accounts, billing, and support
- To improve our website and services
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for these purposes. Routine inquiry correspondence is retained so we can pick up the conversation where it left off; client records are retained for the life of the engagement plus the period our legal and tax obligations require.
What We Don’t Do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing email you haven’t asked for.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
Cookies
This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security purposes (such as bot mitigation). Blocking them in your browser will not break the site.
Service Providers
We use a small set of reputable providers to operate our business, and they receive only the information needed to perform their function:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, security, and cookieless analytics
- Tally — contact form processing
- Google Workspace — business email and document storage
- Square — invoicing and payment processing; card details go directly to Square and never touch our systems
Your Choices and Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Canada), you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
